(or) iv) Graduation Degree from any recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory / optional subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and other as a compulsory / optional subject, along with a recognized diploma /certificate course in translation (from Hindi to English  or vice-versa) or an experience of two years of translation work from Hindi to English or vice-versa from Central / State Govt.
