Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD)

Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD), with headquarters at Hyderabad and seven regional centers, is the oldest unit of the Department of Atomic Energy (India) (DAE), Government of India. AMD commenced its operations with a nucleus of 17 geoscientists which has grown to 2777 personnel today. The principal mandate of the organization is to carry out geological exploration and discover mineral deposits required for nuclear power programme of India.

Assistant Security Officer – A (MALE)
No. of Vacancies : 10 Posts (Gen – 06 ; OBC – 03 ; SC- 01 )
Pay Scale : Rs 9,300-34,800 + GP 4,200/-
Qualifications : Graduate from a recognized University. For Ex-servicemen, : Graduate from a recognized Ex-Police and Ex-Central University or equivalent Para Military Personnel

Security Guard (MALE)
No. of Vacancies : 60 Posts (General–30; OBC-25; SC–05) Out of 60 posts 06 of posts are reserved for Ex. Servicemen of any category.
Pay Scale : Rs 5,200-20,200 + GP 1,800/-
Qualifications : 10th standard pass or Ex-Police and Ex-Central equivalent certificate from Para Military Personnel Armed Forces.

Work Assistant – A (Male & Female)

Pay Scale : Rs 5,200-20,200 + GP 1,800/-
Qualifications : 10th class pass
