Research Associate

Qualifications : Ph.D in Science Chemistry (Inorganic/Physical) Or Ph.D in Enginneering (Appl. Physics/Photonics/Optics & Optoelectronics)
Age limit : 35 years

Sr. Project Fellow
No. of Vacancies : 01 Post
Stipend : Rs 18,000/- + HRA as admissible per month
Qualifications : M. Sc. In Chemistry (Inorganic /Physical) with at least 55% marks & one publication in SCI Journal and should have completed at least 2 years of post M.Sc. research experience
Age limit : 32 years

Project Fellow
No. of Vacancies : 05 Posts
Stipend : Rs 16,000/- + HRA as admissible per month
Qualifications : M. Sc. in Chemistry((Inorganic/Physical)/Geology/Material Science with at least 55% marks Or B. Tech in Chemical/Ceramic/Metallurgical Engineering with at least 55% marks.
Age limit : 28 years

Project Fellow
No. of Vacancies : 05 Posts
Stipend : Rs 16,000/- + HRA as admissible per month
Qualifications : M.Sc in Physics with specialization in solid state physics/quantum mechanics or statistical physics/Applied Physics/Applied Optics/Photonics with at least 55% marks Or B. Tech in Opto-Electronics/ Applied Optics/Photonics/Electronics with
at least 55% marks.
Age limit : 28 years

Junior Research Fellow
Pay Scale: Rs.16000-20000/-
Educational Qualification: Fresh BE/ B Tech degree (Ceramic Engg./Chemical Engg./Metallurgy or Polymer Science) holders with valid GATE score. The selected candidates will have to pursue Ph.D. There can be two possibilities under this: o Get direct admission to Ph.D programme of University/ IIT/ NIT/REC etc. o After joining as JRF-GATE, the candidate may pursue MTech as a part of PhD programme, where their thesis semester (last semester) should be spent at the CSIR laboratory relating to lab specialization in order to keep the continuity for the PhD programme. OR Those who are starting the thesis semester of ME/ M Tech (Ceramic Engg./Chemical Engg./Metallurgy or Polymer Science) programme and having valid GATE score and desirous of pursuing PhD. It may be noted that these candidates have to work on their PhD problem and should not be employed in sponsored projects.
