Karnataka Vikas Grameen Bank – The Banks have come a long way from those initial years and after amalgamation the Bank has a network of 425 branches cutting across the length and breadth of the nine districts forming its area of operation. Surmounting the initial problems of bringing about uniformity in the working of these Branches after amalgamation, the Bank was able to record a growth of 24% as on 31/03/2010 in comparison to the figures as on 31/03/2009. The Bank plans to achieve a business level of Rs 10000 Crores by the end of March 2011.

Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank, Dharwad invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Officer Scale-I

Qualifications : Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any Discipline or its equivalent. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management Law, Economics and Accountancy. Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification; Proficiency in Local Language (Kannada)
Age limit : 18-28 years

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
No. of Vacancies : 25 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs 7,200-19,300/-; emoluments : Rs 14,680 approx p.m.
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline; Knowledge of Computer skills; Proficiency in Local Language (Kannada)
Age limit : 18-28 years
