Helicopter Pilot
Qualification & Experience:
Pilots having Commercial Helicopters Pilots License (CHPL) preferably having endorsement on any one type of helicopter operated by RHHL,will be considered for Helicopter Pilot on various levels depending upon their qualifications and flying hours as under:-

1. Captain
Scale of Pay & Grade: 32900-58000 (E-4) (IDA Pattern)
Approximate monthly gross emoluments: Rs.1.80 lacs
Age Limit with Relaxation: 50 Years
Qualification & Experience:
2500 hours of flying on helicopters including 1000 as PIC.

2. Jr. Captain
Scale of Pay & Grade: 29100-54500 (E-3) (IDA Pattern)
Approximate monthly gross emoluments: Rs.1.70 lacs
Age Limit with Relaxation: 50 Years
Qualification & Experience:
2000 hours of flying on helicopters including 1000 as PIC.

3. First Officer-I
Scale of Pay & Grade: 249000-50500 (E-2) (IDA Pattern)
Approximate monthly gross emoluments: Rs.1.50 lacs
Age Limit with Relaxation: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
1000 hours of flying on helicopters.

4. First Officer-II
Scale of Pay & Grade: 20600-46500 (E-1) (IDA Pattern)
Approximate monthly gross emoluments: Rs.50000/-
Age Limit with Relaxation: 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
CHPL Holder

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
Qualification/Experience:
The candidates must possess AME’s License with endorsement on atleast two categories on any of the helicopters operated by the company preferably on Dhruv Helicopters.
Upper Age Limit: 40 Years
Scale of Pay: 24900-50500 (E-2 grade)(IDA Pattern)
