Experience into SQL server 2000,2005 and 2008
Worked on replication , cluster , mirroring and log shipping
Good troubleshooting skills worked on performance issues
Have good understanding of SQL Server architecture
Blocking and deadlock issues
Good in backup and recovery
Good in resolving database corruption issues
Understanding and resolving SQL Server connectivity issues
Should have experience in Database design, , Stored Procedure coding, Indexing, Normalization

Also minimum 2 years experience in SQL/Stored Procedure creation, modifying debugging using SQL Server 2005/2008.
Good understanding of MS SQL Server Query Engine, Indexing& performance tuning techniques
Strong experience in tuning queries &stored procedures.
