today RMP are main source of referring patients to any hospitals in India. Corporate, Multi and Super-Specialty hospitals survive on their support to run their hospital but RMPS are paid their commission.
So when same RMP refer patients to all hospitals why the corporate pay only 1.5 to super-specialty, were as non-medical management pays 3lakhs for same speciality, above all this people are having strong relations with police, political party.

In Hyderabad requirement of Endocrinologists is existing with 100 bedded Multi Specialty hospital, Salary is around 1. 75lakhs/month.
