Structural Engineering Research Centre, SERC, The Centre invites applications from highly qualified and motivated candidates for taking up R&D activities and also for providing engineering services to solve the problems of the industry and society besides participating in the development of laboratory facilities.
Scientist Gr IV (2) :
No of Post : 12 posts (OBC-2, UR-9, ST-1),
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent recognized Post graduate degree in Structural Engineering with First Class or equivalent CGPA with two years experience OR Ph.D in Structural Engineering Candidates having knowledge of advanced structural analysis and design; familiarity with computer programming; use of software (s) and experimental techniques for structural engineering applications will be preferred.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years for for general category, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for ST /PWD candidates (5 year relaxation to SC/ST and 3 years to OBC candidates).
