Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000/- pm (consolidated) for first two years and Rs. 18,000/- for the third year + HRA (as per institute rules).

Educational Qualification: M. Sc. In Physics/ Applied Physics/ Electronics with at least 55 % or B.E/ B. Tech. in relevant area with at least 60 %.

Location of Posting: Ranchi
