The Staff Selection Commission (SSC)

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training and comprises of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations who are appointed on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Central Government from time to time. The Commission is provided such supporting staff as considered necessary by the Central Government.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Karnataka Kerala Region (KKR), Bangalore, invite application for the following  posts in various Ministries/ Offices of the Government of India :

Surveillance Assistants :  40  posts (UR-22, OBC-10, SC-5,ST-3), Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200 - 20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/-, Age : 27 yearsTechnical Assistant : 02 posts (UR-1, OBC-1), Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/-, Age : 30  yearsInstructor (Seamanship & Navigation) : 01 post (OBC), Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/-, Age : 30  yearsBosun (Certified) : 01 post (UR), Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-, Age : 30 years

Fee Payable : Rs.50/- (No fee for Women/ SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only, available at head post office all over the country.
