Recruitment Of Deputy Manager and Accounts Officer
The Corporation having its Head Office in Navi Mumbai and branch offices all over India invites applications for filling up following vacancies in the following categories:-
1. Dy. Manager (Mktg./ Fin. & A/c’s) – Group A – 1 post (Reserved for Physically Handicap-VH category. If a suitable candidate under PH (VH) category is not available the Corporation will consider the application of PH (HH) and PH (OH) category candidates also for inter-se-exchange of vacancy).
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500 (IDA)
Qualification:
Candidate should be graduate with post graduation qualification like two year full-time MBA/ MMS (Marketing/ Agri Business)/ PGDBIM from a recognized University/ Institute securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate in MBA/MMS/PGDBIM as well as in Graduation or Graduate from a recognized University/ Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and should have passed final examination of CA/ICWA. Additional qualification like LLB, CS will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Should have minimum experience of 4 years in a reputed manufacturing/ trading organization drawing salary not less than Rs.20,000/- p.m. (Minimum four years experience after passing MBA/ MMS (Mktg./ Agri. Business)/ PGDBIM/ CA/ ICWA as on the date of this advertisement).
Age: Not exceeding 32 years as on 31st October 2010 for General candidates, 37 years for SC/ST candidates and 35 years for OBC candidates (excluding creamy layer). Creamy Layer certificate should be for the Financial Year 2009-10 (i.e the completed financial year).
2. Accounts Officer – Group B – 1 post (Reserved for Physically Handicap-HH Category. If a suitable candidate under PH (HH) category is not available the Corporation will consider the application of PH (VH) and PH (OH) category candidates also for inter-se-
exchange of vacancy. If no candidate of PH category i.e HH, VH, OH is available, the Corporation can consider filling of the post reserved for physically handicap by a person other than disability.)

Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized University/ Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and should have passed final examination of CA/ICWA. Additional qualification like LLB, CS will be an added advantage.
Experience: Should have minimum experience of one year in a reputed manufacturing/ trading rganization (Minimum one year experience should be after passing CA/ ICWA as on the date of this advertisement).

3. Accounts Officer – Group B – 4 post
Pay Scale: 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized University/ Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and should have passed final examination of CA/ICWA.
Additional qualification like LLB, CS will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Should have minimum experience of one year in a reputed manufacturing/ trading organization (Minimum one year experience should be after passing CA/ ICWA as on the date of this advertisement).
Age: Age not exceeding 27 years as on 31st October 2010, relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC (excluding creamy layer) and for persons with disabilities shall be relaxable by 5 years (10 years for SC/ ST and 8 years for OBC). Creamy Layer certificate should be for the Financial Year 2009-10 (i.e the completed financial year).
Reservation:
(i). For SC/ST/OBC/PH will be as per Government of India’s guidelines/directives.
(ii). Those who have passed two years full time MBA/MMS/PGDBIM in Mktg./ Agri. Business should submit documentary evidence, alongwith the application, from the Institute/ University that they have specialisation in the relevant branch. Wherever grade points are awarded, a certificate of equivalent percentage of marks certified by the Institute/ University will have to be attached with the application.

Candidates working in Government/Semi Government/Public Sector Undertaking should send their application through proper channel/ should enclose NOC from the present employer.
