Eligibility: Professionals having Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology or Commerce or equivalent in relevant field/subject. Persons with M.Phil or additional qualifications with 5 years research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred. Retired Government employees from posts in Grade pay of Rs. 6600/5400 or equivalent and above & having at least 5/8 years experience respectively in the relevant field would also be eligible for this position.
Pay Scale: Rs.30000/-
Age Limit: 21-65 Years

Job Designation: Investigator Grade-I
Number of Positions: 10 (Ten)
Eligibility: Persons having a Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Commerce or equivalent of a recognized university. Retired Government employees from similar posts in Grade pay of Rs. 4600 and above having at least 5 years experience in the required position would also be eligible to be appointed as Investigator Grade-I.
Pay Scale: Rs.16000/-
Age Limit: 21-65 Years

Job Designation: Investigator Grade-II
Number of Positions: 30 (Thirty)
Eligibility: Persons having a Masters degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Commerce or equivalent of a recognized university. Retired Government employees from similar posts in Grade pay of Rs. 4600 and above having at least 5 years experience in the required position would also be eligible to be appointed as Investigator Grade-I.
Pay Scale: Rs.15000/-
Age Limit: 21-65 Years

Eligibility Conditions:
Officers of the Central Government or State Government or All Union Territories or All Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Recognized Research Institution or Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations:-
(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;or
(ii) With 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the pay band-2 Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Educational Qualification:
(i) Master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics (With Statistics) or Economics (With Statistics) or Commerce (With Statistics) from a recognized university.
(ii) Three years experience of collection,tabulation,analysis and interpretations of statistical data.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the application.
