Punjab Agricultural University (PAU)

The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) in Ludhiana, Punjab is one of the State Agricultural Universities in India. It was established in 1962 and is the nation’s oldest agricultural university in India, after Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. It has an international reputation for excellence in agriculture. It pioneered the Green Revolution in India in 1960s and is considered as one of the best agricultural universities in Asia.

Anand Agricultural University (AAU)

The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) is the country’s premier national Institute for agricultural research, education and extension. It has served the cause of science and society with distinction through first rate research, generation of appropriate technologies and development of human resources. The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) is the institute for advanced education in agriculture  in India. It was established in 1905 as the Imperial Agricultural Research Institute. The campus was originally located in Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar and was relocated after the Bihar earthquake of 1934 to New Delhi to a place that is now called Pusa in New Delhi.

Emoluments : Rs 12,000+30% HRA (or as applicable)
Qualification : M. Sc. in Nematology / Botany / Zoology / Plant Molecular Biology/ Life Sciences/ Microbiology / Biotechnology /Any other subject equivalent to above said degrees
Desirable Qualifications : Working research experience in general molecular biology and tissue culture techniques.
Age limit: 35 Years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ and women candidates as per Government rules)\
