Safdarjang Hospital & Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, SJH & VMMC, proposes to fill up Two posts of Asst. Professors (Pharmacology), on contract basis, as per the detail given below and on the terms and conditions as given hereunder:
Assistant Professors (Pharmacology) :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Section-A of Schedule-VI or equivalent. 03 (Three) years’ teaching experience in the concerned specialty as Lecturer/Tutor/Registrar/Demonstrator/Senior Resident after the requisite post graduate degree qualification.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 55,000/- per month consolidated.
Age Limit : Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age on the date of interview.

Qualification:
(I) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.  Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(II) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Section-A of Schedule-VI or equivalent.
(III) 3 (Three) years’ teaching experience in the concerned specialty as Lecturer/Tutor/Registrar/Demonstrator/Senior Resident after the requisite post graduate degree qualification.
