Anand Agricultural University (AAU) was established this year at Anand with the support of the Government of Gujarat ,Act No.(Guj 5 of 2004) dated April 29,2004. Caved out of the erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU), the dream institution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. K.M.Munshi, the AAU was set up to provide support to the farming community in three facets namely education, research and extension activities in Agriculture, Horticulture Engineering, product Processing and Home Science.

Research Associate
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 24000/-+HRA(Rs. 23000/-+HRA for Master Degree holders)per month consolidated
Educational Qualification: Ph. D in Agricultural Process Engineering / Post Harvest Engg. & Technology / Processing and Food Engineering /Food Engg. & Technology/Bio-technology/ Food Science & Technology OR Master Degree in any ofthe above subjects with 1st Division Or 60% marks or equivalent OCPNCGPA with at least 02 years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/associate ship/training/other engagements.
Desirable: Published research papers, exposure to conducting basic And applied studies on processing of fruits and vegetables. AUTOCAD/Pro E and statistical analysis software packages.
Age Limit: 40 years
