Deputy Field Officer (Tele) Group B

Qualifications : Degree in Science from recognized University/ Institution with Physics and Mathematics (studied for all the three years) or B.Sc(Hons) in Physics (with Mathematics for the first two years) from a recognized University/ Institution OR Diploma (03 Years duration) in Telecommunications or Radio Engineering or Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication OR Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Applications or equivalent Diploma of a recognized institution OR Certificate of proficiency class-II (Radio Electronics) examination conducted by The Ministry of Communications.

Deputy Field Officer (GD)

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from a Recognized University/ Institution

Personal Assistant Group B

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Institution or University. Skill Test Norms. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 w.p.m. Transcription: 45 minutes (English), 60 minutes (Hindi) (on computer only)

Stenographer Group C
No. of Vacancies : 50 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs 5,200-20,200 + GP 2,400/-
Qualifications : 12th Class pass from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Skill Test Norms. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) (on computer only)

Following specifications are to be strictly followed while submitting photograph with the application form :

A. Fee Payable Rs: 50/- Mode of Payment of Fee i. The candidates should pay the fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. These stamps are available at the counter of all Post Offices of the country. These Recruitment Fee Stamps may be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose. These Recruitment Stamps must be got cancelled from the Counter Clerks of any Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Office in such a manner that the impression of the cancellation stamps partially overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of date and Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate may submit their application to the concerned Regional Office of the Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities. Note : Candidates may please note that non-cancellation of stamps from the concerned Post Office in the manner indicated above, may lead to rejection of his/her application form, so it is in the interest of candidates that they get the CRFS cancelled from the concerned Post Offices.

(iii) Matriculate Ex-Serviceman candidates who have obtained the Army Special Certificate
of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after having completed no less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union are eligible to apply
Age Limit: 18-28  years as on 01/08/2011, age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM

Location of Posting: All India

Application Fee : Rs.350/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) can be paid online at the time of filling the application form online through Online Payment Gateways of the Banks/ Credit Card  OR through NEFT OR to be deposited in CBS branches of 6  bank out of 19 bank (for fee details please see detailed advertisement carefully before payment) . Keep the details/receipts of the fee submission safely as it is to be shown at the time of written test.

How To Apply For Opening: Candidates can apply online only from 25.08.2011 to 24.09.2011 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online Before applying online, candidates should
(i) scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature are within the required specifications as given in Annexure II.
(ii) keep the application fee/ intimation charges remittance details (Transaction details such as Transaction No., Branch Name & Code etc.) ready in case of Offline Payment i.e. CBS/ NEFT / Keep the necessary details/documents ready if desired to make online payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.
(iii) have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the declaration of results of this round of CWE. IBPS may send call letters for Pre-Examination Training, Written Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account. Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Payable from 24.08.2011 and 23.09.2011 both dates inclusive) - Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
- Rs.350/- for all others Transaction charges for Offline/ Online Payment of fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate Mode of Payment Candidates have the option of:
(1) ONLINE MODE of payment of requisite fees / intimation charges or
(2) OFFLINE MODE of payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges
(i) payment of fees / intimation charges through CBS branches of the following 6 Public Sector Banks Bank of Baroda (Account No. 03970200001597), Bank of India (Account No. 005120110000777), Central Bank of India (Account No. 3135147199), Indian Overseas Bank (Account No. 143502000000850), Punjab National Bank (Account No. 3985002100046381),

(ii) payment of fees/ intimation charges through NEFT at branches of other 13 Public Sector Banks
(1) Payment of fees/ intimation charges via the ONLINE MODE
(i) The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
(ii) The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
(iii) On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
(iv)Candidates are required to take a print of the e-receipt which will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written examination.
Note:
· After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the
intimation from the server, DO NOT press Back or Refresh button in order to avoid double
charge
·   For Credit Card users: All prices are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
· To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is
completed.
(2) OFFLINE MODE (at counters of specified Bank branches):
(i) payment of fee/ intimation charges through CBS branches of the following 6 Public Sector Banks Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India
- A Format of the fee payment challan(CBS Challan) will be made available on IBPS website. Candidates are first required to take a printout of the fee payment challan from IBPS website and indicate the particular Bank in which they wish to pay fees/ intimation charges.
- Candidates are required to fill in the fee payment challan for any of the above Banks with details such as Name, Date of Birth, Contact No., Category, Post Applied for, Amount deposited, Depositing Branch Name and City etc.
- Candidates can then make payment of the requisite fee/ intimation charges in any branch of the abovementioned Banks.
- Collect the candidate’s copy of the Fee Payment Challan from the Branch. Please check that the challan is properly signed and the details of Transaction Number, Branch Name and DP Code Number, Deposit Date have been noted in the challan by the Branch authorities. Candidates are required to submit the original fee payment challan along with the Call Letter at the time of written examination.
(ii) Payment of Fees/ intimation charges through NEFT in any of the remaining 13 Public Sector Banks (PSBs)
- Candidates are required to fill the NEFT receipt(Format available on IBPS website) as required by the Bank with beneficiary details as follows.

Selection by :  Selection is on the basis of a single tier examination on 04/10/2011 with two stage i.e. written examination (Multiple Choice Objective Type) and skill test in data entry/typing on computer at prescribed speed (which will be qualifying in nature). Skill test in Data Entry/Typing is to be administered on Computer only.

Fee: Rs. 100/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman. Fee will be paid only in the form of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Fee can also be paid through State Bank of India either by Challan or on-line payment.
