Job Designation: Managing Director

Pay Scale: Rs.22500-650-27300/-

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university/institution with good academic record. He should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in a large organisation of repute. Persons with Technical/MBA qualifications and having experience in management and familiarity with Finance, Marketing/Production will have added advantage. Knowledge of Handlooms and Handicrafts sector is desirable. Provided that minimum qualification is relaxable in the case of internal candidates with sound and adequate background and experience.

Age Limit: Minimum 40 years. Not more than 58 years for internal candidates and not more than 57 years for others. The age of superannuation is 60 years

Staff Selection Commission invites applications for the following posts:

Job Designation: Handicrafts Promotion Officer

Number of Positions: 17 (Seventeen)

Pay Scale: Rs. 5500-9000/-

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university or equivalent Note: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. D.Q. 2 years experience in the field of Handicrafts Cottage Industry and Small Scale Industry.

Age Limit: 30 Years

Application Fee:
A. Fee Payable Rs: 50/- Mode of Payment of Fee i. The candidates should pay the fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. These stamps are available at the counter of all Post Offices of the country. These Recruitment Fee Stamps may be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose. These Recruitment Stamps must be got cancelled from the Counter Clerks of any Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Office in such a manner that the impression of the cancellation stamps partially overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of date and Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate may submit their application to the concerned Regional Office of the Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities. Note : Candidates may please note that non-cancellation of stamps from the concerned Post Office in the manner indicated above, may lead to rejection of his/her application form, so it is in the interest of candidates that they get the CRFS cancelled from the concerned Post Offices.
