BEML Limited invites applications for the following posts:

Sr. Manager / Manager (Rental Marketing)
Pay Scale: 29100-54500 / 24900-50500
Age: Max 38 years / Max 34 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess  a  first class Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant qualification in retail marketing. The incumbent should have  the prescribed  post qualification executive experience largely in Rental Marketing and will be responsible for:
? Creation of customer awareness and establishing brand equity by way of Direct Mailers, SMS & Cold Calls, Advertisement, Customer Meet etc.,
? Prepare Marketing Material such as brochures, Videos, etc
? Collecting and collating market leads and converting them to business opportunities
? Capture and maintain customer data base.
? Personal visits to customer site to assess old machines for buy back as for selling old machines
? Receivable management

Asst. Manager (Rental Operation)
Pay Scale: 20600-46500
Age: Max 30 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess  a  first class Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant qualification in retail marketing. The incumbent should have minimum five years of post qualification executive experience, Candidates with Diploma in Engineering, Preferably in  Mechanical, Automobile discipline  from recognized institution with 27 Yrs of overall Post Qualification experience, out of which 10 Years in executive cadre and also eligible to apply. The incumbent will be responsible for:
? Co-ordination with production division on logistics for movement of machines.
? Outsourcing required number of operators and helpers.
? Coordinating Training and skill up gradation of operators.
? Maintain expense details in the system, asset-wise.
? Crew and logistic management at various sites allocated.
? Provide information and log sheet details to accounts for billing.
? Co-ordinate submission of bills in time.

Service Engineer
Pay Scale: 16400-40500
Age: Max 27 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess  a  first class Degree in Engineering  preferably in Mechanical / Automobile discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. The incumbent should have minimum two years of post qualification executive experience, candidates with Diploma in engineering preferably in Mechanical / automobile discipline with  22 yrs of overall experience, out of which 5 Years in executive cadre are also eligible to apply. The incumbent will be responsible for providing service support to the equipment.

Manager
Pay Scale: 24900-50500
Age: Max 34 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess a  first class Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA or equivalent specialization in Marketing will be preferred. The incumbent should have 9 yrs Post Qualification experience and should have :
? Knowledge of Dealer Management including  process of selection  dealers and evaluation of dealer’s performance.
? Selling construction equipments (Direct/ though dealers) to private customers (Contractors)
? Aptitude for sales of construction equipments to Contractor / Institutional Customers
? Commercial knowledge.

Engineer
Pay Scale: 16400-40500
Age: Max 27 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess a  first class Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA or equivalent specialization in Marketing will be preferred. The incumbent should have minimum  two years of post qualification executive experience  in  Dealer Management segment of Engineering goods preferably Mining & Construction equipment.

Sr. Manager / Manager (Logistics & Supply Chain)
Pay Scale: 29100-54500 / 24900-50500
Age: Max 38 years / Max 34 years
Qualification:
The candidate(s) should possess a first class Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical / Automobile discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to candidates possessing  relevant Degree / Diploma in  International Business/ Exports / Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management. The incumbent should have minimum 13 and 9 years of post qualification executive experience for the post of Sr. Manager and Manager respectively. The candidate should have experience/ exposure in :
? Marketing high value industrial & allied machinery & equipment, catering to diverse sectors such as Mining & Construction, Defence, Rail & Metro, Aerospace  and Dredger  business domain.
? International exposure in marketing capital goods and should have dealt both sales & after sales service activities either on his own or through dealers.
? Post-sales engagement including operational support, maintenance and after sales-service.

How To Apply:
Eligible and interested candidates (Not applicable for SC/ST/ PWDs) need to pay a fee of  `.100/- by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account no. 31006750220. Candidates applying for multiple positions have to make separate payments for each of the positions. The candidates are required to ON-LINE only which is mandatory by clicking the “Apply ON-LINE” Link and after going through the prescribed guidelines and ensuring correctness of the data entered in the portal / form.  The last date for submission of application by on-line is 10.02.2011. Applications sent by post/ courier etc will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected ( Except in respect of candidates working in Government/ Quasi Government / PSU etc who are required to forward the additional print out of the application as stated at clause – xii of the General Condition.
