Hindustan Copper Limited, HCL, is a vertically integrated, multi-Unit, Schedule – A Miniratna Public Sector Enterprise which owns all the Copper Mines in the Country with a gross turnover Rs. 1429.85 Cr (2009-10). The Company’s production Units are located in picturesque surroundings in the states of Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra with the Corporate Office at Kolkata. (A) Mining :
i. General Manager :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mining or equivalent with 1st Class Mines Managers Certificate of Competency under Metalliferrous Mines Regulations, 1961.
Scale of Pay : E-8 Rs. 51300 to 73000/- per month.

ii. Assistant General Manager :
No of Post : 05 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mining or equivalent with 1st Class Mines Managers Certificate of Competency under Metalliferrous Mines Regulations, 1961.
Scale of Pay : E-6 Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.

iii. Chief Manager :
No of Post : 04 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Mining or equivalent with 1st Class Mines Managers Certificate of Competency under Metalliferrous Mines Regulations, 1961.
Scale of Pay : E-5 Rs. 36600 to 62000/- per month.

iv. Assistant General Manager (Exploration) :
No of Post : 04 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post Graduate Degree in Geology.
Scale of Pay : E-6 Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.

(B) Finance :
v. General Manager :
No of Post : 01 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Final Examination of the Institute of CA of India/UK or ICWA of India/UK.
Scale of Pay : E-8 Rs. 51300 to 73000/- per month.

vi. Assistant General Manager :
No of Post : 05 post,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Final Examination of the Institute of CA of India/UK or ICWA of India/UK.
Scale of Pay : E-6 Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.

(C) Materials & Contract :
vii. Manager (M&C) :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management. or MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
Scale of Pay : E-3 Rs. 24900 to 50500/- per month.

(D) Projects :
viii. General Manager :

Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Scale of Pay : E-6 Rs. 43200 to 66000/- per month.

ix. Assistant General Manager (Electrical) :
