Andhra Bank (Hindi: ?????? ????, Telugu: ?????? ???????) was founded by the eminent freedom  fighter and a multifaceted genius, Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi Sitaramayya. The Bank was registered on 20th November 1923 and commenced business on 28th November 1923 with a paid up capital of Rs 1.00 lakh and an authorised capital of Rs 10.00 lakhs. The Bank is rendering services through 2139 Business Delivery Channels consisting of 1371 branches, 66 Extension Counters, 38 Satellite Offices and 664 ATMs spread over 21 States and 2 Union Territories as at the end of June, 2008. All Branches are 100% computerized, 1186 units viz., 1101 Branches, 68 Extension Counters, 15 Service Centres networked under Cluster Banking solution and providing “Any Branch Banking(ABB)”.

Educational Qualification: VIII Standard pass but should not have passed , 10+2 examination. Should have represented the District in a State level event or should have participated in an All India School event
Age Limit: 18 – 25 yrs

Clerks
Pay Scale: Rs. 7200 – 400/3 – 8400 – 500/3 – 9900 – 600/4 – 12300 – 700/7 – 17200 – 1300/1 – 18500 – 800/1 – 19300
Educational Qualification: X Standard pass. Should have represented the State in a National event or the District in a State level event with distinction or his University in an Inter university event with distinction or should have been a member of the Combined Universities Team
Age Limit: 18 – 28 yrs

Officers
Pay Scale: Rs. 14500 -600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700
Educational Qualification: Graduates. Should have represented the Country or won the Arjuna Award or represented the State for atleast 3 continuous years
Age Limit: 21 – 30 yrs
