Uttar Pradesh Public Service (UPPS)

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission was constituted on the 1st of April 1937 with its headquarters at Allahabad and has a glorious past of more than 60 years. At the time of its inception The UP Public Service Commission was situated in a few rooms in the then Secretariat, but now apart from a lavish campus at Allahabad, it has a Camp Office in the state capital Lucknow as well. In 1937 only 9,811 applications were disposed and over the years the quantum of work has increased manifold with the disposal of a few lakh applications every year now.

Online Application in the prescribed  format should be submitted upto 05/09/2011 only.

OMR Applications are invited by UP PSC for  Assistant Prosecution Officer (Pre.) Examination 2011 :

Assistant Prosecution Officer : 102 posts (UR-51,SC-22, ST-2, OBC-27), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4600/-, Age : 21-35 years as on 01/01/201, Qualification : Degree in Law from a recognised university.
OMR Application Forms:  OMR application forms wiil be available in the Head Post Offices in distrcit of UP from 13/08/2011 till the last date i.e. up to 09/09/2011 for Rs.155 for PREGEN series and for Rs. 95 for PRERES for SC/ ST of UP.

How to Apply :
Aplication in the prescribed OMR format should be sent to the Secretary (Dept. No. A-4/E-1/2011), Public Service Commission UP, Allahabad - 211018 upto 09/09/2011 only.

Please see Employment News weekly dated 06/08/2011 for details OR details will be available at UPPSC website http://uppsc.org.in  from 13/08/2011 onwards and OMR application form will be available from Post Offices in UP from 13th September 2011 onwards. .
