1. Development Manager in the Agency channel is to identify, assess and recruit life advisors on an ongoing basis to ensure an effective channel at all times.
2. Undertake joint Field work With agent And Demonstrate Sucessfull sales Skills
3. Formulate and implement Distribution Plan for the Unit for achieving business targets of sales unit and Lead, motivate and train the unit and the advisors.
4. Should be staying in the city for last 2 years at least.
Qualification: Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
Desired skills: In-depth knowledge of local area, good networking, good communication skills, computer knowledge
Experience: Minimum 2 year of sales experience (preferably in the financial sector). Freshers also welcome but with good network.
Salary Range: 3 lakhs to 3.50 lakhs.
