The Indian Institute of Crop Processing  Technology - IICPT (Formerly Paddy Processing Research Centre) is a pioneer Research and Development Institute under the  Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. The Institute is located at Thanjavur, the ancient capital of Chola Kingdom and the granary of Tamil Nadu. The IICPT with its modern laboratories equipped with hi-tech instruments, is engaged in the R&D of food grain processing, value addition, by-product utilization through bio-processing, process and product development

Lower Division Clerk

Pay Scale : Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200/Grade pay Rs.1900/-
Qualification : A Pass in Plus two / XII STD from Recognized Board/Govt. of Tamilnadu. A Typing Speed of 30 w.p.m in English (or) 25 w.p.m in Hindi.
Age limit 27 years as on 01.05.2012

Technician (Laboratory) – (T-I)
Number of Vacancies : 01 (One) Post (Unreserved)
Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/Grade pay Rs.2000/-
Qualification : A Pass in Matriculation / X STD Examination with at least one year certificate. Course in the relevant Field from Recognized Institution
Age limit : 30 years as on 01.05.2012
