Experience Required : 5 to 8 years of experience.
Job Description : The Project Manager will be responsible for leading several Software projects which includes ensuring adherence to coding standards, guiding technical team in design and development tasks. Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
Desired Profile:
1. Should have at least 4 yrs of experience in Software development and programming
2. Proficiency with Java, Core Java , J2EE,Servlet, JSP, JDBC, Struts , Tiles, Validation framework, XML, XSLT, WSDL, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, SOAP/AXIS/AXIS2/ Rest. Experience in Eclipse, Net-Beans
3. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle process ( Short term Projects- at least 3 or Long term project- at least 1)
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Team player.
6. Have a positive approach to work and to fellow team members.
7. Superior attention to detail.
8. Ability to absorb & present complex ideas quickly & accurately.
9. Ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline.
10. Good prioritization and time management.
Educational Qualification): BCA/B.Tech/MCA
Current Location: Preferably Cochin or anywhere from South India but also willing to relocate to Cochin.
