Candid Guard Services Private Limited is an Ex servicemen venture in Security industry empanelled with Director General of Resettlement Ministry of Defense New Delhi. We have our head office at Raipur and network of branch offices in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & Maharashtra. The team of experts is lead by Major (Retd) Pravin Singh. The training team commander & operations are controlled team of Area Officers.
We have varied services for customers from Armed and unarmed guarding, cash management services, investigation wing for personal or financial investigations and audits, electronic security gadgets and payroll software etc and consultancy in all matters related to security of human, materials, valuables and information.

CANDID TRAINING ACADEMY is be the first of its kind in Chhattisgarh state which will provide trained manpower to its sister concerns and to any willing company and thereby will provide an excellent platform for job oriented training.
Our trained instructors offer our training capsules in physical, electronic security, defense driving, fire fighting, disaster management and investigative subjects through approved curriculum as per Private Security agency Regulation Act 2005.
OUR WINGS AND THEIR SERVICES
MANNED GUARDING
Trained Guarding personals are given specific training capsule depending on the site in which they are posted. This specific training is as per client requirement and guards are trained on specific nitty gritty of that particular post e.g. ATM, Hospitality, Industry, Residential, VIP protection.
Armed guards are issued Standing Orders for the use of weapons to avoid untoward incidents.
All guarding personals background is verified to ensure there is no case of infidelity.
Our Executive Protection team is trained in unarmed combat for events and VIP protection duties. Trained pistol man is available for VIP escort and protection duties that are dressed in civil dress.
Our Area officers are deployed for night checks, surprise checks, information gathering and assistance to clients in all security related matters including theft alleviation and control and liaison with government and police department.
ELECTRONIC SECURITY
We offer a host of security related hardware and software as listed below to suit the client requirement and budget in collaboration with
CCTV surveillance system for live/recorded surveillance in sensitive areas with sophisticated CCTV equipments, which include cameras, day and night, vision lenses and optional facility of access it live on internet from anywhere in the world.
Intrusion Detection System for automatic alarm and telephonic call to a group of users including the police station for raising alarm in case of intrusions in the office or residential property.
Access control system aids in controlling and recording movement of personals and this can be linked to payroll software for automatic calculation of wages on monthly/ weekly basis.
Biometric access control system can identify, verify, record and grant access to individuals by their fingerprint or retinal scans and thereby is the most foolproof method for access control in electronic surveillance.
Fire detection systems for industrial, commercial and residential premises, which are with gas, heat and smoke, activated sensors.
Fire suppression systems that can be clubbed with fire detection system with wet, dry and Aragonite gas, which can suppress fire on the initial stage thereby preventing loss to man and material.
Smart cards having variable data storage space can be utilized for varied functions like Access control, network log in and details of individuals including medical history and service records etc.
CASH MANAGEMENT
Cash van with armed protection and cash officers for Bank ATMs, petrol pumps, industrial houses, jewelers, supermarkets, and retail outlets are available at reasonable rates.
INVESTIGATION
Private investigation for personal investigation, financial investigation, banking frauds and insurance frauds, pre employment investigation, investigation of property related matters are done by certified and qualified investigators.
RESIDENTIAL SECURITY
Residential security for combating crimes in residential areas and co-operative residential societies is provided by us and the personals employed are duly verified before deployment.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our trained personals for maintenance of offices, corporate clients, hospitals and banking sector are available for providing housekeeping support.
