Install/Configure/Administration knowledge on SVN and TRAC
Sound skills in shell/Perl/python scripting

Installation/Upgrade & Configuration of Nagios, cacti monitoring tools
Device Management Installing & Configuring device drivers.
Syslog & Log management
Hadoop Cluster Administration skills will be added advantage
