Stipend : Rs.16,000/- + H.R.A as admissible per month (CSIR- NET, B.Tech); Rs.12,000/- + H.R.A (CSIR-LS)
Qualifications : M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics with NET (CSIR/Lectureship) Or B.Tech. (1st Class) in Applied  Optics/Photonics/Radio-Physics/Electronics and GATE
Age limit : 28 years
