Job Designation: Linesman
Number of Positions: 10 (Ten)
Pay Scale: Rs. 6,300/- To 20,200/-
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent plus Trade Certificate under NCTVT from any Govt. ITI under Director of Industrial Training, Govt. of West Bengal in the trade (2 years’ duration): Wireman or Electrician and Workmen’s Permit in Part-IV.
Age Limit: 27 years

Location of Posting: Kolkata

Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance at Written Test and Interview. Candidates called for Written Test / Interview shall not be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses. The Written Test & Interview will be held in Kolkata only. The written test will cover the tests for General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning, General English and Arithmetic, apart from tests of Proficiency in the respective professional subjects which includes both subjective and objective questions.
