Steel Authority of India Limited, SAIL, requires energetic and result oriented professionals and invites applications from candidates having requisite qualification and experience at the following levels :-
1. Senior Manager (Project Monitoring & Implementation) :
No of Post : 10 Posts,
Scale of Pay (E-5) : Rs. 43200-3%-66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Born not earlier than January 1, 1963 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering in any of the following discipline :- Mechanical/ Production / Industrial Engg. / Electrical/ Electronics & Telecomm. / Instrumentation & Control / Civil. Minimum 15 years experience in Planning, implementing, organizing, executing project designs, systems procedures & process and contract management.
2. Senior Manager (Project Materials) :
No of Post : 05 Posts,
Scale of Pay (E-5) : Rs. 43200-3%-66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Born not earlier than January 1, 1963 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in Engineering with MBA /PG Diploma in Operations/ Production/ Materials. Minimum 15 years experience in Planning and monitoring of procurement, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of project proposals, monitoring and maintaining of optimum stock of items/spares.
3. Senior Manager (Project Personnel Laising & Administration) :
No of Post : 05 Posts,
Scale of Pay (E-5) : Rs. 43200-3%-66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Born not earlier than January 1, 1963 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates).
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate with MBA/ PG Diploma in PM&IR/ PM & Labour Welfare/ MSW/ HRD. Minimum 15 years experience in Coordination with different agencies, administrative matters, General Administration, Disciplinary matters, Welfare, Protocol and Liaising with government authorities.
4. Senior Manager (Project Finance) :
No of Post : 04 Posts,
Scale of Pay (E-5) : Rs. 43200-3%-66000/- per month.
Age Limit : Born not earlier than January 1, 1963 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates).
Essential Qualification & Experience : CA/ICWA Minimum 15 years experience in Financial appraisal of projects, Accounting and Capitalization of assets, Post Capitalization audit, closure of contracts, dispute settlement in contracts.
5. Security Officer (Intelligence & Investigation) :
No of Post : 02 Posts,
Scale of Pay (E-3) : Rs. Rs. 32900-3%-58000/- per month.
Age Limit : The OBC (non creamy layer) candidates are required to submit the requisite certificate in the prescribed format issued in the current financial year by the competent authority.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduation. Candidates who have passed security related courses shall be given preference. Minimum 15 years experience of working with Government Security, Intelligence or Investigation agencies.
SELECTION MODE :
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be required to appear for Interview. Candidates shall be intimated about the written test and interview through email.
