Job Details

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment of following consultants on fixed fee per month as indicated against each for a period of one year which may further be extended depending on performance in the National Medicinal Plants Board Deptt. of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for implementation of the “Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National Mission on Medicinal Plants” in States/UTs:-

Sr. Consultant

(i) Master Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Botany / Medicinal Plants.
(ii) At least 20 years of experience in handling schemes / projects involving formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation at National level including medicinal plants scheme.
(iii) Persons retired from Govt. / Semi-Govt. Organizations having above qualification and experience would be given preference.
(iv) Possession of qualification in Agri-business will be desirable.

Consultant

(i) Master Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Botany / Medicinal Plants.
(ii) At least 10 years of experience in handling schemes / projects involving formulation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation at National level including medicinal plants scheme.
(iii) Persons retired from Govt. / Semi-Govt. Organizations having above qualification and experience would be given preference
(iv) Possession of qualification in Agri-business will be desirable.

Jr. Consultant (geo-informatics)

(i) B.Sc. and Diploma in GIS or geo-informatics
(ii) Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working in the field of Horticulture / Agriculture / Medicinal Plants.
(iii) Persons having experience in Biodiversity and Forestry Planning and Management would be preferred.
