National Institute for Training of Highway Engineers (NITHE) is Hiring PG (Civil Engg.) / B.Sc.,B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS) candidates in 2011, Noida

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-

1. Core Faculty
No. of Posts: 02
Pay Scale/Remuneration: Rs.60,000/- fixed*
Basis of Appointment: Contract Basis (Full Time)
Job Requirement:
(a) Faculty will be the course Co-ordinators,
(b) Give 6 hrs. of lecture every week in training programmes,
(c) Preparation of course schedules,content development and suggesting/deciding other guest faculty based on the feed back.
(d) Development of training material,audio-visual aids,training modules,training packages,including new technologies in highways.
Period of Contract: Two years (renewable contract)
Minimum Qualification:
a. Age: 45 years to 65 years
b. Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering subjects
Total experience of 20 years out of which 15 years in roads
(iii) Remuneration: Rs.60,000/- per month fixed
(iv) Conveyance/transport: Rs.20,000/- per month fixed
(v) Working hrs.: 09.00 to 17.30 hrs.

2. Deputy Director
No. of Posts: 01
Pay Scale/Remuneration: Rs.15600-39100+GP Rs.6600
Basis of Appointment: Deputation Basis
Job Requirement:
The Deputy Director will assist the academic activities of the institute in organising training programmes,looking after delivery of programmes.
Qualification & Experience:
(a) First class grade in civil engineering or equivalent,
(b) Minimum five years of experience in the highways/training.
Desirable:
(a) Experience of conducti9ng training,development of training modules in road sector,
(b) Development of packages/software for training of highway engineers
(c) Experience in CAD/CAM in highway projects

3. Assistant Director (IT)
No. of Posts: 01
Pay Scale/Remuneration: Rs.15600-39100+GP Rs.5400
Basis of Appointment: Regular Basis
Job Requirement:
The Assistant Director will be incharge of IT and Communication activities of the institute,looking after the computer centre and developing training related software packages,delivering lectures on IT applications during the training programmes,development of audio-visual training material and development and management of web related applications and other works assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
B.Sc. (IT/CS),B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS),or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science.
