Registrar
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
The Registrar will head the administrative team in the University and will be responsible for providing efficient, effective and expedient services needed on day-to-day basis for smooth running of the University. The Registrar will oversee the daily internal administration of the University, the management of all major activities, campus development works, the procurement of goods and services, the security and upkeep of all buildings, property and assets, the maintenance of administrative databases, and the supervision of all staff and student workers. He/she ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, objectivity, security and longevity of university records. In addition, when required, he/she will produce position papers and reports based upon information, data and records available within or outside the University, and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed.

Director Finance
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Accounting/Commerce/Business Administration with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus at least 15 years related professional experience in accounting, budgeting, or fiscal administration in a reputed organization, preferably a University / large academic institution. A professional CA/CPA qualification would be desirable. Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of the methods, plans, and practices of modern computerized accounting, budgeting and recordkeeping systems. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills; exceptional writing and speaking skills; strong ethical convictions and a commitment to quality service; and the ability to competently interact with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
The Director Finance will head the accounting and budgeting team of the University and will report to the President. He/she will be responsible for overseeing all the financial operations of the University both on the revenue and expenditure side, the designing of internal financial regulations, the development of the payroll and other accounting systems and standards required in the University, the preparation of University budget document(s) and internal/external audit and reporting requirements. He/she will ensure provision of prompt and accurate service to students, faculty, administration, and external agencies. In addition, he/she will produce research data, analyses and reports as needed and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed.

Director of Examinations & Admissions
Qualifications:
Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus at least 15 years related professional experience in progressively responsible positions in a University/large academic institution. Responsibilities:
The Director of Admissions & Examinations will report to the President and will be responsible for the whole range of activities associated with admissions and examinations in the University. These include the recruitment and admission of students, the coordination of University-wide examinations and the graduation of students. The Director and his/her team will provide efficient, effective and expedient responses to queries from students, staff and external organizations; follow up with relevant parties in relation to prospective student enquiries, examinations and graduation as required; maintain accurate records; administer the printing, preparation, record-keeping and delivery of examination papers; and organize public events such as open days, promotional expos and convocation ceremonies. Deputy Director ICT
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science/Applications with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 10 to 15 years related professional experience in a large organization. Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of hardware, software and enterprise solutions, including troubleshooting, requiring servers, sharing and networking platforms. He/she should be able to understand, apply, and teach concepts in operating systems and hardware support. Demonstrable skills in project management are essential. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills; excellent writing and speaking skills; strong ethical convictions and a commitment to quality service; and the ability to competently interact with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Director (ICT) will be a senior member of the team in the Department of Information & Communication Services, and will be responsible for developing, procuring and supporting all faculty, student and staff computing resources, including servers and LAN/WAN design ensuring infrastructure security, availability, reliability and scalability at an enterprise level. He/she will evaluate needs in coordination with faculty and administration; supervise procurement, installation and maintenance of hardware, software, audio/visual equipment etc in the offices, labs, classrooms and throughout the campus; ensure on-site engineering when required; integrate servers, databases, printers, backup servers and associated software as appropriate; recommend improvements, installation, configuration and upgrades for hardware and software resources; recommend purchase of equipment, software, peripherals etc.; and manage all phases of vendor relationships from requirement to execution. He/she will respond to and resolve problems reported by clients; provide PC support and LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting; network monitoring/management; provide direction and task oriented assignments to technicians, contractors and vendors deploying and maintaining equipment; and mentor, train and supervise others. Assistant Director (Housekeeping & Student Services)
Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of regulatory standards, housekeeping technologies, methods and practices and should be able to use and demonstrate these to subordinates. The Assistant Director (Housekeeping & Student Services) will be responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment for the University’s academic and ancillary buildings, grounds, parks and student hostels, and will supervise, schedule and train all housekeeping employees, in-house or outsourced, in performing critical housekeeping tasks. He/she will be responsible for furnishing/equipping student hostels/apartments, allotting of hostel accommodation, and ensuring that all facilities, furniture, equipment and services in the hostels and dining halls are in proper working order. He/she will oversee the service and hygiene standards of caterers providing food anywhere in the University. He/she will also be responsible to assist students with personal needs, including medical liaison, and assist faculty and students with issues pertaining to visas and residence permits. He/she will handle all administrative work relating to housekeeping and student services, preparation of documents and correspondences, proper document filing, and proper record-keeping. Senior Assistant (Admissions & Examinations)
Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have good administrative and organizational skills, the ability to learn and disseminate accurate information regarding courses of study and the admission process, and the ability to undertake activities in the admissions/examinations areas and meet multiple deadlines. Knowledge and experience of admissions and examinations procedures would be desirable. He/she must have well-developed computing skills and demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service to internal and external customers. Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of hardware, software and enterprise solutions, including troubleshooting, requiring servers, sharing and networking platforms, the ability to analyse problems and the presence of mind to take immediate action to resolve these. Responsibilities:
The Assistant (Accounts) will assist the Assistant Finance Officer in the management of all finance and accounts functions, including budget development and audit schedules. He/she will be responsible for accounts receivable/payable system and vendor related matters, billing, costing, verification and review of invoices, and issue of credit and debit notices. He/she will ensure records of transactions are in accordance to standard procedure, check payment details and prepare cheque payments, manage petty cash, assist in month-end closing of accounts, and perform all accounts paperwork and proper filing. Assistant (Administration)
Qualifications:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years related professional experience in a large organisation. Successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and must be highly attentive to detail and deadlines. Experience in using a personal computer for word processing and spreadsheet databases is essential. Responsibilities:
The Assistant (Administration) will assist the Senior Assistant (Administration) in all general administrative office work relating to procurements, inventories, records, travel arrangements, office activities, committee meetings, processing of claims, servicing of equipment, upkeep of buildings and assets, preparation of documents and correspondences, proper document filing, both electronic and paper-based, liaison with Accounts department, etc. In addition, he/she will produce research data, analyses and reports as needed and perform other related duties and special projects as assigned or directed.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 5 to 7 years related experience as a secretary or office in-charge in a related organization. Successful candidate must be familiar with, and keep abreast of, new and emerging developments in the Faculty subject(s). He/she should be proficient in the use of English and be able to efficiently use computers for typing letters, reports and emails, creating databases, spreadsheets and presentations, and searching the web. Ability to take shorthand dictation will be a desirable qualification, as will knowledge of the Hindi language. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills; good writing and speaking skills; strong ethical convictions and a commitment to quality service; and the ability to competently interact with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
The Faculty Assistant will handle all paperwork and correspondence of the Faculty and help all teachers of the Faculty in day-to-day affairs like procurement, organization of meetings, fixing appointments, logistic needs, liaising with University Library and Administration, and keeping all records including minutes of meetings, academic records of students and assets of the Faculty. He/she will perform other duties as per the instructions of the Dean/Head of the Faculty.

Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant – 6
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus at least 3 to 5 years related professional experience as personal secretary/executive assistant to senior executives in large organisations. Laboratory Technician (Life Sciences & Biotechnology)
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in any area of basic/ biomedical sciences / instrumentation and electronics from a recognized institution with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 5 years experience of equipment maintenance in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / bio-medical laboratories.
Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Technician will help in establishment of the laboratories of the Faculty and will be responsible for getting installed various research and training equipment and take the responsibility of their smooth working. He will help the students in getting training in the operation of instruments. He shall maintain inventories of spares and accessories of the equipment and keep complete records of the use, servicing and maintenance of the equipment. Technician will also when required help faculty members in their research work. Laboratory assistant will perform other duties as per the instructions of the Dean of the Faculty.

Receptionist – 2
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 1 to 3 years related professional experience. Successful candidate will be an open and communicative person with good command of English, experience in handling telephone systems, skills in using the personal computer, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly, handle and resolve recurring problems, establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Laboratory Assistant (Life Sciences & Biotechnology)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any area of basic/ biomedical sciences from a recognized institution and / or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 3 to 5 years experience of working in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / bio-medical laboratories.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any area of Information Technology from a recognized institution with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades, plus 3 to 5 years related experience in a computer lab or maintenance of computers and networks. Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking solutions is essential. He/she must have strong interpersonal skills; good writing and speaking skills; strong ethical convictions and a commitment to quality service; and the ability to competently interact with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Assistant (Information Technology) will help in establishment of the laboratories of the Faculty and will be responsible for their maintenance. He/she will ensure that all equipment in the laboratories are regularly serviced and remains in perfect working order. He/she will maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and render help to students using the laboratory. The Laboratory Assistant may also be required to service the computing needs of other departments of the University, and will perform other duties as per the instructions of the Dean/Head of the Faculty.

Laboratory Attendant (Life Sciences & Biotechnology) – 2
Qualifications:
Should have passed high school (12th class) minimum and have 3 to 5 years experience of working as attendant in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / bio-medical laboratories.
Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Attendant will be responsible for keeping clean the laboratory desks, laminar-flow and chemical hoods. He/she will do glassware washing and sterilization. He/she will also help in the upkeep of laboratory animals. Laboratory attendant will perform other duties as per the instructions of the Dean of the Faculty.
