Senior Manager Project Monitoring & Implementation-Posts-
Pay Scale: Rs.43200-3%-66000
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering in any of the following discipline :
Mechanical/ Production / Industrial Engg. / Electrical/ Electronics & Telecomm. /  Instrumentation & Control / Civil Minimum 15 years experience in Planning, implementing, organizing, executing project designs, systems procedures & process and contract management. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in project monitoring system such as primavera.

Senior Manager Project Materials-Posts-
Pay Scale: Rs.43200-3%-66000
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering with MBA /PG Diploma in Operations/ Production/ Materials Minimum 15 years experience in Planning and monitoring of procurement, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of project proposals, monitoring and maintaining of optimum stock of items/spares

Senior Manager Project Personnel, Liaising & Administration-Posts-
Pay Scale: Rs.43200-3%-66000
Qualification:
Graduate with MBA/ PG Diploma in PM&IR/ PM & Labour Welfare/ MSW/ HRD Minimum 15 years experience in Coordination with different agencies, administrative matters, General Administration, Disciplinary matters, Welfare, Protocol and Liaising with government authorities.

Senior Manager Project Finance-Posts-
Pay Scale: Rs.43200-3%-66000
Qualification:
CA/ICWA Minimum 15 years experience in Financial appraisal of projects, Accounting and Capitalization of assets, Post Capitalization audit, closure of contracts, dispute settlement in contracts.

Security Officer (Intelligence & Investigation)-Posts-
Pay Scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000
Qualification:
Graduation. Candidates who have passed security related courses shall be given preference Minimum 15 years experience of working with Government Security, Intelligence or Investigation agencies.

Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online only through SAIL’s website: www.sail.co.in. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. Before registering their applications on the website the candidates should possess the following:
a) Valid e-mail ID.
b) Demand Draft for Rs.500/- as examination fee for General and OBC Candidates (Rs.100/- as processing fee for SC/ST/ PH candidates).
The demand drafts are non-refundable and should be drawn in favour of ‘STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED’ payable at State Bank of India, Lodi Road (Branch Code 6564), New Delhi. The online registration site would be open from 11th January, 2011. All correspondence with candidates shall be done through e-mail only. All information regarding examination schedule/admit card/ interview call letters etc. shall be provided through email. Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of admit card/ interview call letter shall be of the candidate. SAIL will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate. After applying online, candidate is required to download the system generated Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details with space for passport size photograph & signature. In order to ‘save’ the data entered, applicants should click on the ‘save’ button and then print the Registration Slip. The Original Registration Slip, Demand Draft and a self-attested copy of Caste/Physically Handicapped certificate (for reserved category only) is to be sent to AGM (Pers-Rectt), Steel Authority of  India Ltd, 16th Floor, SCOPE Minar, District Centre, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092, so as to reach latest by 7th February 2011.
