Its objective are to acquire, establish, operate, maintain, renovate, modernize in the State of Odisha and else while hydro electric generating stations, thermal and nuclear electric generating stations and any other electric generating stations based on any non-conventional sources of energy.

Deputy General Manager (Civil) / Assistant General Manager (Civil)
Number of Vacancies : 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: Rs 15,600 – 39,100 + GP 7600/6600
Educational Qualification: Full time Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institution, approved by AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit: 48 yrs. for DGM /45 yrs. for  AGM

Manager (Civil)
Number of Vacancies : 02 (Two) Post
Pay Scale: Rs 15,600 – 39,100 + GP 6600
Educational Qualification: Full time Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution, approved by AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit: 42 years

Deputy Manager (Civil)
Number of Vacancies : 02 (Two) Post
Pay Scale: Rs 9300 – 34,800 + GP 5400
Educational Qualification: Full time Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution, approved by AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit: 38 years
