Job Description:

? Provide a high quality phone and on-line technical and customer service support for end-user customers.

? Should know how to excel and exceed customers expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations.

? Pre- Requisites:

? Must be an Indian citizen and resident and should be at least 18 years of age.

? Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & written) skills

? Should be willing to work in 24*7 environments.

? Soft Skills/Communication Skills:

? Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar.
