Customer Service Associates for a BPO

Job Description

1. Essential Functions:
· Handling Inbound International Voice call

· Informing clients to avail services for the given products

· Verifying customer details and updating them in the excel sheet.

· Maintain and improve process knowledge through proactive communication.

· Ability to translate complex scenarios/conversations into simple solutions.

· Maintain positive, sales-oriented attitude at all times.

· Meeting Business targets through effective convincing and selling skill.

· Aggressive and yet assertive while dealing with clients.

Desired Profile:

· Experience of at least 3 months and over in a BPO is preferred. Fresher’s having excellent communication skills can also apply.

· Must possess excellent communication skills, good attitude & stability.

· Should be bold to handle mis-managed situations and immediate problem solver.

· Willing to work in .

· Should have good Rapport and Empathy Building.

· Should be able to deliver quality customer service to clients.

· Should be able to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or when talking to irate customers for the dialed process.
