Develop Business Case and Plan Investment for New Programs
• Lead the Team for Process Planning, Layout Facility Design and Execution.
• Particate in Program Excecution meetings and provide ME Inputs in the respective cross funtional meetings.
• Receive study and approve program related Engineering change orders.
• Develop GA team in terms for Skills development,Job responsiblity allocation & their appraisals.
• To Lead the Central ME Function in the absence of CME Head.
• Work Closely with the GM International Operations Team and Home Plants for alignment of GA Processes at GMI halol.
• Managing Program Budget.
