• Understand client/product requirements clearly.

• Have brainstorming discussions with the product development team.

• Do web development independently.

• Handle client requirements for customizations.

• Expert in PHP/MySQL.

• CMS experience such as on Drupal, Joomla etc.

• Should have strong analytical and logical skills.

• Knowledge in web designing/development – CSS, HTML, Java scripts, etc.

• Photoshop (a plus but not mandatory)

• Comfortable with LAMP/WAMP, Apache.

• Good communication skills.

• Should be able to work independently without any support.

• Should have good Google using skills.
