The candidate should have knowlege of follwoing:

1. Fianancing the company

2. Knowledge of Bank Fund

3. Plan future Documentation

4. IPO

Liaising with banker

. Fortnightly MIS on banking status of companies

. Submission of statutory and regulatory paper with bankers

. Preparing Detailed project reports and CMA for Group's prospective projects

. Financing includes securing working capital with blend of secured and unsecured fund from both nationalized, private and MNC banks.
