National Institute of Technology Calicut (NITC)

National Institute of Technology Calicut (Hindi: ????????? ???????????? ??????? ??????) or NITC is a federally funded technical university established by an act of the Indian Parliament, located at Kettangal in Chathamangalam which is situated about 22 km north-east of Kozhikode (Calicut) City in Kerala, India. It was formerly known as Calicut Regional Engineering College (CREC). NITC is one of the twenty National Institutes of Technology – one in each major state of India – established by the Government of India for fostering national integration by imparting technical education to students from all over the country. NITC is among the very few institutions in the country to have a Supercomputer of its own

Application are invited for the post of Resident Medical Officer (on contract) and  Lab Technician (Adhoc) in the NITC Health Centre. This engagement is purely on contract basis.

Resident Medical Officer (Contract)

Qualifications : MBBS Degree with not less than 2 years clinical experience Or MBBS with Post Graduation and two years clinical experience
Remuneration : Rs 30,000/- p.m. (MBBS Only), Rs 45,000/- p.m. (MBBS plus PG)

Lab Technician (Adhoc)

Qualification : Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) from Government or Government recognized institutions.
Remuneration : Rs 7,200/- p.m. consolidated
Date and time of interview : 22-01-2013 at 2 pm
