Job Designation: Lower Division Clerk / Store Keeper

Number of Positions: 73 (Seventy Three)

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 – 20,200 + 1900 (GP)

Educational Qualification: (a) Sr. Secondary Class XII Certificate or equivalent from a recognized Board / University with 50% marks and possising minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English typewriting or 30 words per minute in Hindi typewriting on  computer. In case, the typing on computer is not available in some ITI/Polytechnics, then skill test may be conducted on manual typewriter. OR Senior Secondary Certificate from CBSE / State Board with secretarial practices and office management as vocational subjects with 50% marks.

Desirable: 1. Training in computer operations and data entry acquired either as a subject at +2 level or through 6 month Diploma in computer applications from a recognized institution or through computer literacy certificate at school level. 2. Experience of dealing with accounts / administrative matters in Govt./Govt. aided institutions only.

Job Duties: i) Typing ii) Filing work and maintenance of files and records. iii) Diary and dispatch iv) To maintain Stock Registers of each items of store and to prepare indents in respect of all consumable and non – consumable item of store required for vidyalaya hostel, mess, staff quarters etc. v) Any other work pertaining to purchase / store/ comdemnation of articles, verification of store etc. vi) Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superiors as per the requirement of the residential system.

OR MCA/BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science) with typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi. There will be a typing test of 20 minutes to test the typing speed of the candidates in Hindi OR English as applicable separately. Typing accuracy should be minimum 90% from the given test. Only those candidates qualifying in typing test & accuracy test will be eligible to appear in the interview

Accounts Assistant
