West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, WBSETCL, a professionally-managed, consistently Profit-making, Government-owned, multi-sited power transmission Company in Eastern India with annual turnover of around 720 crores, invites applications from Indian Nationals to fill up the following posts:
I. Junioor Engineer (Electrical) Gr.II :
No. of Post 59 posts,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 4400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute / College duly recognized by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education.

II. Junioor Engineer (Civil) :
No. of Post 22 posts,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 4400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute / College duly recognized by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education.

III. Junioor Executive (Finance & Accounts) :
No. of  Post 26 posts,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university plus:- Inter CA / ICWA..

IV. Stenographer :
No. of  Post 11 posts,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 3600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Passed Graduation with 40% marks and proficiency in English language with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in short hand. Excellent proficiency in operation of MS Office & Diploma in Secretarial Practice recognized by Govt. of West Bengal.

V. Assistant :
No. of Post 27 posts,
Age Limit : Not to exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2010. Relaxation as per rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 6300 to 20200 grade pay Rs. 2600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Graduation in any Discipline with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or Graduation in any Discipline with minimum 50% marks in H. S. level.

Note : Candidates must have adequate knowledge for communicating in Bengali / Nepali language.
