PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, PDPM-IIITDM, The Institute invites applications from highly qualified and strongly motivated candidates for faculty positions at the level of Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in the disciplines of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Design, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), English, Mathematics and Physics.
1. Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 10000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. degree with First Class or equivalent (in terms of grade etc.) at the preceding degree and having a consistently good academic record. A minimum of ten years of teaching/ research/ professional experience.
2. Associate Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 AGP Rs. 9000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. degree with First Class or equivalent (in terms of grade etc.) at the preceding degree and having a consistently good academic record. A minimum of six years of teaching/ research/ professional experience ( excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.) of which atleast 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, Senior Scientific Officer / Senior Design Engineer in a research organization
3. Assistant Professor :
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 AGP Rs. 7000/6000/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. degree with First Class or equivalent (in terms of grade etc.) at the preceding degree and having a consistently good academic record. A minimum of three years teaching / research/ professional experience excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D. Candidate should have demonstrated research and development capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings/ patents etc.
