Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, SMVDU, Faculty Required Positions at the level of Professor and Associate Professor are available at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), as per UGC norms, for the following subject areas;

Professor and Associate Professor for the following subject areas;
School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Architecture and Landscape Design, School of Infrastructure Technology & Resource Mgt.(Energy), School of Languages & Literature (English), School of Physics, School of Philosophy & Culture, School of Biology & Chemistry/
School of Biotechnology.
1. Professor :
No of Post : As per UGC norms,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Ph.D. degree with high CGPA or first class degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Economics/ English/ Architecture, with a very good academic record throughout. For Architecture Degree, however, M.Arch./ B. Arch. candidates can be considered with experience appropriate for the posts.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 37400 to 67000 with Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- per month.
