Invites Applications For the following Posts:

1. (Vacancy No. 10122301111) Eight Specialists, Grade II(Medicine), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Health Service(Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-Cadre). Out of eight posts, one post each is reserved for SC & ST candidates and Two posts are reserved for OBC candidates.
Qualifications:
Essential: A. Educational : i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. ii) Post-graduate Degree in the speciality i.e., M.D.(General), M.D.(General Medicine) / M.D. (Med. & Therapeutics) / MRCP, Speciality Board of Internal Medicine(USA).
B. Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining Post-graduate Degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma. Note I: The Medical qualifications possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
Note: II: The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI or the statutory body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching experience for teaching posts and certificate therefor or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts.
Note: III: In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. NOTE: IV: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post Graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.
NOTE:V : In so far as Post-Graduation Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from time to time. In case of medical posts other than allopathic system of medicine, the qualification should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached.
NOTE:VI: Holders of speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the Board concerned.
NOTE : VII : Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained to be furnished.
Duties: To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.

2.(Vacancy No.10122302211) One Assistant Director(Ballistics) in Directorate of Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: Master’s degree in Physics / Mathematics / Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University or equivalent.
B. Experience: Seven years’ experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Ballistics. Desirable : Experience of working in a Forensic Science Laboratory. Duties : Crime Scene Management, Crime Case Examination, giving evidences in the Courts of Law u/s 293 of Cr.PC, providing guidance to the Junior scientific staff for case analysis. R&D activities on Forensic Activities and imparting training in their respective field of forensic specialization to the trainees from different investigating agencies / forensic science labs and other organizations.
HQ: Chandigarh with all India service liability.

3.(Vacancy No.10122303211) One Assistant Director(Chemistry) in Directorate of Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: Master’s degree in Chemistry / Bio-chemistry / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University or equivalent.
B. Experience: Seven years’ experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Chemistry. Desirable Qualification &
Duties: Same as in Item No.2 above.
HQ: Hyderabad with all India service liability.

4. (Vacancy No. 10122304211) Five Assistant Directors, Grade-II(Chemical)
Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry / Degree in Chemical Technology or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
B. Experience: Two years’ experience in supervisory capacity in a technical / industrial unit of repute in Drug, Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemical, manufacturing / testing of Rubber, Plastics and allied products or experience in promotion of small scale industries in areas of entrepreneurship development and quality control.
Desirable: i) Familiarity with the latest techniques of production and use of modern instruments, equipment, processes and tools as applied in the Chemical industries; and ii)basic knowledge of Computers particularly application side of currently used software packages for Offices.
Duties: To visit Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and advise their supervisory staff and workers about different problems, suggest improved techniques of production, quality standards and method of working, conduct entrepreneurship development programmes & tests for quality certification in the field of Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

2. Nature of Posts: All posts belong to General Central Service except otherwise mentioned. a) Posts at Sl. Nos.1,2,3 & 4 are permanent
