Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV), a multi-campus University,was inaugurated by the then Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Smt. Indira Gandhi on October 2, 1964. JNKVV represents a well knit and action oriented network of research and education centres in agriculture and allied fields in the State. Jr. Statistician
Pay Scale : Rs.12000
Qualification : M.Sc (Ag) any discipline with statistical knowledge/ M.Sc. with Statistics.
Desirable qualification : Experience in oil seeds crops, proficiency in computer applications/ Statistical analysis.

Technical Assistant
Pay Scale : Rs.8000
Qualification : M.Sc (Ag)/M.Sc. with Pl. Breeding/ Pl. Pathology/ Entomology / Agronomy/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Biotechnology.
Desirable qualification : Experience in oil seeds crops, proficiency in computer applications/ Statistical analysis, experience in field /lab work.

Lab. Tech.
Pay Scale : Rs.6000
Qualification : B.Sc (Ag)/ B.Sc. with knowledge of lab and field work.
Desirable qualification : Experience in oil seeds crops, profiency in computer applications/ Statistical analysis, experience in field /lab work.

Technical Helper   
Pay Scale : Rs.6000
Qualification : B.Sc (Ag)/B.Sc.
Desirable qualification : Knowledge in Pl. Breeding/ Agril Botany/Agronomy/Botany/Seed Technology/ Biochemistry. Experience in characterization and maintenance of germplasm /related work

Computer Operator
Pay Scale : Rs.5540
Qualification : B.Sc. PGDCA knowledge of entry /setting, analysis of data.
Desirable qualification : Experience in administrative work and assistance in coordination works

Age limit : The maximum age limit is 35 years (Relaxation in age as per govt. norms).
