(For Vigilance, Estate, Township-Security): Recognized graduation Degree from a recognized university Minimum 13 years for the post of Manager and for Sr. Manager minimum 17 years post qualification experience in the executive grades. Vigilance – Experience as vigilance officer in corporate / PSU / Govt. Organisation. Adequate knowledge in various vigilance matters. Estate, Township-Security – Experience in handling Estate /Security matters in large corporate / PSU / Govt. Organisation. For the job of Township security officer preference shall be given to Ex-army/ Defence/Central police services officers’.

(Specialist Doctors)- Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty Specialist Doctors- Minimum 3 (three) years experience of reputed Hospitals after Post Graduation (MS / MD) and for Diploma holders , 5 (five) years experience in relevant field is required.

Qualification:
Recognised Graduation Degree or Diploma in any branch of Engineering and possesses degree or diploma in Industrial safety recognized by the State Government. Recognised (Graduation) Degree in Physics or Chemistry and possesses degree or diploma in Industrial safety recognized by the State Government Minimum TWO years practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity if possesses a recognized degree in any branch of engineering with degree/diploma in Industrial safety recognized by the State Government OR Minimum FOUR years practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity if possesses a recognized
diploma in any branch of engineering with degree/diploma in Industrial safety recognized by the State Government OR Minimum
SIX years practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity if having a recognized graduation degree in Physics or
Chemistry and possesses degree/diploma in Industrial safety recognized by the State Government.
