Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) was established on April 2, 1990. The Charter establishing it, The Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 envisaged SIDBI to be “the principal financial institution for the promotion, financing and development of industry in the small scale sector and to co-ordinate the functions of the institutions engaged in the promotion and financing or developing industry in the small scale sector and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), the Apex Financial Institution for promotion, financing and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India invites applications for the posts of Specialist  as indicated below :

Chief Economist (in rank of Chief General Manager) : 01 postsChief General Manager (Capital Advisory Services/ Marketing of Financial/Loan product) : 02 posts on contract basisGeneral Managers (HR & Industrial Relations/ Risk Management/ Treasury): 03 posts on contract basisDeputy General Manager  (Taxation-1, Audit & Inspection-2) : 03 postsAssistant General Managers (Risk Management, Treasury and Taxation) : 03 posts

Application Fee : Rs. 300/- (Rs. 50/-  for SC/ST& PWD candidates)  to be deposited in SBI through a payment Challan form in cash.
