1. Kolkata Port Trust intends to engage 3 Sub-Inspectors for Port Security
Organisation, on contract basis, from amongst ex. Army, Police, CISF, BSF, in the rank
equivalent to Sub-Inspector in Police.

Applications furnishing detailed Bio-data, as per
following format, alongwith two recent passport size photographs, should be submitted in
sealed envelope superscribed “Application for contractual engagement of Sub-Inspector

2. Kolkata Port Trust intends to engage 1 Inspector for Port Security Organisation, on
contract basis, from amongst ex. Army, Police, CISF, BSF, in the rank equivalent to
Inspector in Police. Applications furnishing detailed Bio-data, as per following format,

superscribed “Application for contractual engagement of Inspector for PSO” by 17-00

3. Applications are invited for contractual engagement of 3 Radio Officers for Marine
Dept. of Kolkata Port Trust and formation of a panel of suitable candidates. Eligibility
criteria and terms and conditions of the engagement are set out below :-

Eligibility
Qualification : 2nd Class Certificate of Proficiency in Wireless Telegraphy issued by
the Ministry of Communications along with GOC in GMDSS.
Age : Not exceeding 50 years.

4. Application containing detailed bio-data including name, father/mother’s name, date
of birth, permanent address, address for communication, phone number, nationality,
religion, marital status, educational and professional qualifications, experience and
post held (indicating name/s of employer), salary drawn, extra curricular activities or
any other relevant information with two recent passport size photographs and
photocopies of all testimonials should be sent to the Director, Marine Department,
Kolkata Port Trust, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata 700 001 in sealed envelope superscribed
“Application for contractual engagement as Radio Officer”.

5. Advertisement for contractual engagement of 4 Resident Medical Officer/House Staff
Applications are invited for contractual engagement of 4 Resident Medical
Officer/House Staff (RMO/HS) in the Centenary Hospital of Kolkata Port Trust and
formation of a panel of suitable candidates.

Eligibility
Candidate must possess MBBS degree from a recognized University/Institute with
one year compulsory internship. The preference will be given to candidates having
experience as House Staff in a recognized Hospital or a Hospital of repute.

Applications are invited for filling up 4 posts of Medical Officer in the scale of pay of
Rs. 20600-46500/- by direct recruitment. 2 posts are reserved for OBC candidates and 1 for
PWD (OA/OL). The job involves sitting, standing, bending, walking, manipulation by
fingers, seeing, reading, writing and communication and is suitable for Persons with
Disability(PWD) of one arm/ one leg(OA/OL).
