Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC)

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) was established by the Government of India under the Article 315 of the Constitution of India. The commission consists of a chairman and four other members. The major objective behind the establishment of the commission was to make recruitment on important government positions in the state of the Uttarakhand by conducting competitive written as well as interview tests.

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC)  invites applications for the Regional Inspector/Assistant Regional Inspector Service Exam - 2011 and will hold a written examination at various centers for the selection of Suitable Candidates to these posts in Transport Department of Uttarakhand Government :

Regional Inspector : 01 postsAssistant Regional Inspector : 15 posts

Application Fee :  Rs.180/- (Rs.90/- for SC/ST of Uttarakhand/ PH candidates) in the form of Bank DD/ Indian Postal Order in favour of “Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Haridwar” payable at Haridwar.  Candidates should write their name, address at the back of the DD/IPO.

Age : 21-35 years.

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering and should be registered with any employment exchange in Uttarakhand.

How to Apply :
Application forms in the prescribed OMR format  completed in all respects must reach the Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar-249404 at the commission office either by registered post/ speed post or personally (by hand) up to 06-00 P.M. on or before 11/07/2011.
